Wow, I can't believe I don't know how to fix this. I messed up the quick
launch toolbar on my home pc. How do I restore the default quick launch
folding toolbar? Right now it's not folding and appears to be underneath
the main toolbar when unlocked? (I'm not talking about the taskbar being
hidden, I know how to control that)

First unlock the tak bar. then you can drag the stuff
around to where you want it. it also can be made bigger
and smaller by putting the cursor on the edge and it will
change to an arrow
