Quick Launch toolbar

Wow, I can't believe I don't know how to fix this. I messed up the quick
launch toolbar on my home pc. How do I restore the default quick launch
folding toolbar? Right now it's not folding and appears to be underneath
the main toolbar when unlocked?

Thanks!

Do you mean "hiding?"

Right click the Start button, select properties, go to the Taskbar tab and
be sure "Auto-hide the taskbar is not checked," if it is, uncheck it and
click apply and ok. If that doesn't resolve it or is not the issue, try
using System Restore to take you back to a time before this started.
Start\All Programs\Accessories\System Tools\System Restore.

If this issue prevents you from getting to the Start button, try doing the
above in Safe Mode. Boot the system, start tapping F8, when the menu
appears, select Safe Mode and hit enter.
