Taskbar changing spontaneously

Sometimes when I start Windows, the toolbars on the taskbar has changed
spontaneously. There may for example be two language bars, or the quick
launch bar takes upp all the space. Today, it doesn't display any open
programs.

Even though it's a major annoyance every time it happens, I have always
been able to put it right again, but there's no toolbar for "open
programs" ("Applications" in Task Manager). How do I reset the taskbar?

Problem solved with Taskbar Repair Tool Plus! :-)
