Taskbar changes not sticking!

I have a minor but irratating problem, any changes i make
to the taskbar ie size of bars etc only stay until i
reboot. I have checked everything but cant get to the
bottom of it. Any one have any ideas??

This may be due to corrupt structrects registry key. See,
