Taskbar blocking out tool tips

Occasionally, I notice that the tool tips that appear above applications in
the taskbar (as well as above icons in the system tray) well appear behind
the taskbar--with just a slight bit of the tool tip window visible atop the
taskbar. It's as though the taskbar thinks it should remain in front of the
tool tips. I've not found that any one particular application causes it;
however, it happens frequently. Any one else ever encounter this?

Yes, this happens to me all the time as well. I just wrote it off as an
annoying bug and hope that MS will fix it in SP2, but it would be great if
someone here knows of a way to keep this from happening.
