Task Tray Icons Disappear

I keep having problems with my task tray icons
periodically and seemingly randomly disappearing (not
hidden). Everything will be fine for a while, and then
the icon will stop appearing even though the process is
running. The best example is with Panicware's Popup
Stopper, which just disappeared on my last boot.

This happens with the volume icon (which I can re-enable
in the control panel), and also with other programs that
seem random. I am running SP1, and I can't see any
reason that this is occurring; I am not changing anything
when it happens.

If it's not the "hidden" function, it maybe that you explorer shell keeps crashing
and restarting. Some tray icons do not reappear when this occurs.
