Task Scheduler

Scheduled task are no longer running. The Log states
that "the Task Scheduler Service was not running, or
because the computer was hibernating." The computer is
not setup to hibernate, and when I check the Task
Scheduler Service is running. I get a mix of last result
error codes, "0x0" and 0x65". Any help is greatly
appreciated!

Check the power schemes tab. Are 'Turn off hard disks'
and 'System standby' set to Never?

It is not a power down issue, these setting are set
to "Never", but the monitor does power off. Powering the
monitor makes no difference.
