task scheduler

The task scheduler service is not available (not present)
in services folder. The mstask.exe program is on the
computer. I am having this problem with 1 2000 server and
3 NT 4.0 server.
 
The Task Scheduler gets installed with Internet Explorer 6.
I suggest you re-install that package. You may have to do
it twice: The first time round it might just do an "upgrade".
