Task Scheduler Problems

Ok, if this is not the correct forum, please excuse me and let me know where
I should post this. I am having an issue with task scheduler that I cannot
seem to resolve. I am trying to set up a task using Winzip Pro 10's job
feature. In that, you basically script a zip job from start to finish,
including locations, filters, ftp transfer etc. and then it saves the job so
it can be run at any time. You double click the icon, and it runs according
to how you scripted it (using their wizard). It works great. Now, on to the
problem. I am trying to use this from a workstation on a network to zip up
files located on a network drive. If I schedule the job using task
scheduler, with the credentials of the user that is logged in, it works
great, and correctly. When I try to schedule the job using a different user
on the domain, but with the exact same credentials as the user, the job fires
off as scheduled, however, all it does is say running and never actually does
anything. I've looked in the scheduler log and it just says it started, but
nothing ever happens. I thought it might be a path issue to the network
drive, so I put in the full path (ie. \\server\share), but still a no go.
Now, if I log into the workstation with that user's credentials, the task
will run correctly. I have permissions set correctly for the folder I am
trying to zip from, but I guess I don't understand why the job will not run
correctly unless signed in as that user. It sounds like it lets you run the
job as another user, but I assume that does not apply to a network user? Why
can I not access the network drive (this is what I think is the problem) when
I am running the task with a network user, with proper rights? Any help
would be appreciated, and if more info is needed, please let me know. Win XP
SP2 and fully updated. The server is a Win2K3 with full updates. Thanks.

Yes. A little more info that might help. On the domain, there is a group
called "employees" (an example) and each employee is a member of that group,
as well as the user I set up to run this task. That group is a member of the
administrators group on each workstation, so they all have local admin rights
to their machines, plus rights to the folder where the files are located that
we are trying to zip. I check all of the security effective permissions, and
that user has all rights.
