Task scheduler hot fix patches 812400 and 812960

can someone please help me find the task scheduler patches 812400 and 812960
so I can fix a problem that I have with because the underlying Win 32 API
relating to the task scheduler fails with an error code of 0x8007007a: the
data area passed to a system call is to small.

If it's the hotfixes you need, as the articles state, call MS for them.
There is no charge if all you ask for is the hotfix for that particular KB
number.
