Task scheduler error 0x80070005

I have received this error message when trying to add scheduled tasks.

I have reviewed the MSN Knowledge base document which knows of the problem.

There is a hotfix, but then it recommends not to install it as they are
looking to identify the problem!

In the meantime I am having problems with scheduled tasks (Windows update/
Norton update).

Do I wait for MS to find solution? If so, how will I know the solution is
found and to install it (given my liveupdates not working)?

Very confusing…
