Task Scheduler Corruption Problem

Every time I try to start my task scheduler, I get an error stating "Task Scheduler could not be started due to a corruption in the security database". Also generates event #7023. I've searched everywhere I can think of and cannot find an answer to this problem.

I'm running Windows 2000 Server SP4
