Where do I go to find info on the image names on the task manger
and what they mean "IE, E_FATIAEA.EXE "

Info, as in what regard. The processes are active/running executables or
services ( SvcHost instances ). Some are internal XP functions and others
are 3rd-Party components of AntiVirus, Security.... If you want more info
or details download & run Process Explorer from SysInternals.

Type the name of the running process into your favorite search engine - type
it in exactly with the .exe at the end. You'll generally find a lot of
information that way.
