task manager

on windows task manager I have a lot of processes running and not sure what
they all are, and would like to end any not needed. When I click end
process I get a warning and am affraid to continue. Can you give me any
advise?

Jim,

I currently have 41 processes running and most of them are programs and
services that are keeping Windows running. I would suggest not worrying
about them, as preventing some of them from running can cause problems with
Windows.
