What kind of processes should be running when I open a task manager? Looks
for me like I have much to much and sometimes my CPU is reaching 100% and in
next sec is 4%.
Anybody can help me?

We have been seeing many posts of CPU 100% of late.

Install either but both are not necessary, reboot, read FAQ and overview, use
online update feature to obtain the latest reference files, scan for Spyware
much like you would with your pre-installed anti-virus scanner.
Rid your machine of unwanted Spyware pests.
