task manager?

i cannot bring up my task manager...what do i do? ctrl-
alt-del....doest work....nothing happens...please e-mail
me with some help

Check if a file called TASKMGR.EXE exists in your Windows\system32 folder.
If present and the problem persist, the issue may be caused by virus.

W32.spybot worm disables NAV, Msconfig, Regedit and Task Manager:

The same symptom is caused due to Klez, Yaha Viruses. It is advisable to run
a full system scan. Be sure you update the anti-virus software definitions.
