Task manager

I was having a real rough time trying to figure out a
problem I was having with a network connection. I ended up
corrupting my Registry. Now when I try to load task
manager, it loads up without the tab s visible. Is there a
way to reinstall one file from the CD?
The computer is working OK and I have the New Service Pack
for XP Pro (2)

Double click the gray border around Task Manager.
