When I hit control,alt,deleet my computer says that the
task manager has been disabled by the administrator. Can
someone please tell me how to re enable it?

Run the regedit on line 275, left hand side

Lift Restrictions - TM, Regedit and CMD

click on the line, save the .reg file to your desktop and double click
it. Answer yes to add to the registry.
