Hi,
When i press Ctrl + Alt + Del it says Task Manager has
been disabled by your Administrator, why is this the
case? My account is set as "Computer Administrator n i
dont know how to enable it again please tell me how to
fix this problem ASAP.

this can be a sign of a virus/spyware.
run a virus scan with updated definitions.
run an online virus scan.
