Task manager

Hi,
I cannot understand why no applications appear in
the "Applications" tab's window in Task Manager any
longer. A long list of threads appear in the "Processes"
tab's window, but the "Applications" tab's window in just
an empty window all of a sudden.

I need to be able to selectively close tasks in order to
minimize resources when I do home digital video editing.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Open Task Manager and double-click anywhere on the top Window border.
Somehow, you managed to convert Task Manager to run in "Tiny Footprint Mode".
