task manager

Ok i just have this problem few days ago and i cant find
the way to fix it, if anyone know please help.
The problem is everytime i use Crtl + Alt + Del i have the
popup that says : "Task Manager has been disable by your
administrators" and the same thing happen to my registry
editor. Anyone know how to fix this or enable the
taskmanager?

Go to the following link, press on number 51 (enable and disable task manager), save it and hey presto your task managers back again
