Please state the Operating System Version and other installed applications
on your system, Memory and Disk space, for anyone here to be able to pin
point the exact Right Troubleshoot procedure to give you.

I'm using Windows XP Home Edition, Build 2600.xp sp0600.xp.xp sp060220-1751
sp2. RAM memory is 1 GB, Hard Drive 120 GB, Used Space 16 GB. Intel Processor
Pentium 4 at 2.80 Ghz

i kno this may sound stupid, but double click grey area on the task manager
and see if its fixed, its just a view setting
