CTRL+Alt+Del draws "Task Manager has been disabled by
your administrator." I'm the administrator and I didn't
do it. Thoughts?

Check Services and see if got disable there. I'd do a virus scan, too.

Hi,

For Pro, Go to Start/Run and type in: gpedit.msc
Expand User config/Admin templates/System/CAD options. There is a setting
here that can toggle that option on/off.

Or run this edit:

Enable or Disable the Task Manager (Line 113)

To use the Regedit: Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it
and answer yes to the import prompt. REG files can be viewed in Notepad by
right clicking on the file and selecting Edit.
