Task manager

hi,
I am running Win XP home edition. I have problem that Task manager is greyed
out, and tryed to find the group policy gpedit.msc not found in my system.
After downloading it failed to run properly.
how to activate the task manager. My toolbar is ok

gpedit.msc isn't available with XP Home. Try the following link to Doug

gpedit is for xp pro only.
