task manager

When I click Control ALT DEL -I used to get the Task manager showing all the
programs running. Now I get a similar box, but it shows:
IMAGE NAME USER NAME CPU MEM USAGE
At the bottom right there is a button END PROCESS-- but when I click it it
asks ARE YOU SURE......?

Any ideas of what I did to get this?

Look at the Applications tab, not the Processes tab.

There are no tabs
That's the other thing I forgot to mention.
