Task Manager

For some reason I cant access Task Manager any more from my Xp account, When I Alt-Ctrl-del, I get a message saying "Task manager has been disabled by your administrator" . The other accounts on the machine are OK. Any advice greatfully received

Registry Key involved in Taskmanager being disabled is;
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\
Policies\System\DisableTskmgr value 1 disables it 0 no efect. You can
safely delete this value.. (DisableTskmngr).
