MY TASK MANAGER WON'T COME UP IT SAYS IT HAS BEEN DISABLED BY YOUR COMPUTER
ADMINISTRATOR. I AM THE ADMINISTRATOR SO I DON'T KNOW WHY IT IS SAYING THAT
UNLESS I DID SOMETHING AND DIDN'T KNOW IT. PLEASE GIVE ME SOME SUGGESTIONS ON
HOW TO GET IT BACK UP?

I figured you were new to the Newsgroup that's why I pointed out the All Caps.
