task manager won't end programs

When I am using Internet explorer, it freezes up and task manager won't end
explorer. I have to manually shut my computer off, and turn it back on to
reboot.
Help please!

The unresponsiveness of IE is usually caused by third-party addons, malware
etc. Run these malware cleaners:

1. Ad-Aware

Update 1 & 2 before running a scan.
