Task manager program

In the task manager on startup a program, savservice.exe uses a lot of cpu's
for about 15 min. Is it a microsoft program and what does it do?

Thank you very much. At one time this computer had Sophos installed on it.
I thought it was removed, but savservice is still there and running.
