Task Manager Problem

When I open Task Manager, it opens without Title Bar.

How do I get the Title Bar back?

Double-click the top-border of that window.
Click to expand...



Or the side border. Actually any place on the border.

This is what's called "Small Footprint Mode." To change back and forth
from this mode to regular mode, just double-click on the border.
