task manager problem

clicking ctrl alt and supr it show me a task manger window but with out
header and does´not give me opcion to move from process to applications or
to end applications. programs would any one help me to show how to
reconfigurate the task manager to solve my problem? thanks

If sounds as if you have Task Manager running in "Tiny
footprint mode".Double click the border to restore it to its
original appearance.
