Task Manager Menus

Recently I lost the Menus (File...) and Tabs (Application,
Processes, Performance) that were present when the Task
Manager was launched. Now, what I get is a simple window
with no Menus nor Tabs at all. It is hard to navigate
between Application and Process especially to go back to
Application from Process is impossible. The Performance
utility is not available at all.

Is there anyway I can restore the default and original
Task Manager Window Appearance.
