Recently I noticed this weird behavior on my XP box.
When I open the Task Manager, it appears for a couple of
seconds and disappears immediately. It leaves the TM icon
in the tray on the status bar. But when I try to click
it, it disappears as soon as the mouse moves on it.
I am guessing there is a rouge application that is running
as a process is causing this. But how do I fix this issue?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
