Task Manager Heading doen't appear (HELP)

For some reason my Task Manager Heading the famous Ctrl +
Alt + Del does not apper propertly i have no idea of how
to fix it. It worked before and now it's not the File
menu and whatever menu (i don't remenber because i can't
see it!) so even the maximize, minimize and close button
doens't appear wierd ha?? to close the task manager i
have to press ctrl + alt + del a bunch of time until the
windows separate the windows in a group the i have to
right click in the task bar on the group and click to
close, otherwise i have to keep it open until i reboot my
pc again. Please help

This behavior may occur if Task Manager is running in Tiny Footprint mode.
If you double-click the empty space in the border around the tabs, Task
Manager switches to this mode.
To switch Task Manager to its typical display mode, double-click the top
border of the window.
