Task Manager doesnt work

When I use ctrl+alt+del,it wil bring it up for a split
second then it goes away. Is there anything i can do to
fix this problem?

This happened to me after I installed a popup stopper- if
yours is running, check the configuration of it or
disable it, then try the task manager

It's caused by viruses. Run a full system virus scan.

Task Manager, MSCONFIG, or REGEDIT disappears while opening:
