TASK Manager Disappears!!

Hi.
My task manager as well as regedit disappears after i try to start on of
them.
I run virus protect all the time and i scan my drives frequently.
Any help is welcome!!

Same here! I was just about to post a message regarding
the same problem. Also, msconfig just disappears as well.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
