Task manager disabled and recuring browser direct

Hey there guys i would like to know if u could help me out
here to avoid a reformat

I got this recuring IE thing called Search Terror. It
redirects all typed urls that dont start with http:\\
also my task manager has been blocked off by spyare but was
deleted. but my task manager is still disabled. when i tryt
to starty it up it says task manager has been disbled by an
administrator. Any ideas to fix this, like rgistry setting
etc??? Im on XP btw.

Ya man of course!! Cause it was working fine before. and im

Restart in safe mode, open Microsoft AntiSpyware, on the scan page choose
Scan Options > Full System Scan (check boxes below) > click Run Scan Now.

Also update your AntiVirus definitions and run it in safe mode too.

Restart in safe mode in structions.

Copy and paste lines below into notepad:



Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\system]
"DisableRegistryTools"=dword:00000000
"DisableRegistryTools"="0"




Save this as a file with *.reg extension and then double click it to import
it into registry - than check whether you can start Taks manager.
