Task manager access gone

Suddenly I am unable to access Task manager. Pressing
ctl+alt+ del brings up an alert box that says, "Task
manager has been disabled by your adminstrator". I'm the
adminstrator on this computer running Win XP home
edition. I did recently install a program called ENUFF
which limits internet access for my children, but I don't
see any settings in that which would impact task manager.

Does anyone have any ideas?
