Task 'Hotmail: Folder:Inbox Synchronizing headers.'

I get the following error message when my outlook is
doing the sending/receiving synchronizing function.

Task 'Hotmail: Folder:Inbox Synchronizing headers.'
reported error (0x800CCCF4) : 'An unknown error has
occurred. Please save any existing work and restart the
program.'

I have gone in and checked the set up of my Hotmail mail
account, I have actioned at suggested in the error
message, I have also logged into Hotmail directly to see
if there is any problems and there isn't. Any other
suggestions of what I could do next.
