Task Complete Optons

I am using Outlook 2003 and was wondering if there is a way to add another
option other than Yes/No, On/Off, True/False or Icon in the Task complete?
 
Then what would be the best way to add a new column with a drop down box
saying In/Out?
 
Outlook provides no way to do that.
