Task Bar

press SHIFT+CTRL+ESC and find the explorer under the process, terminate it,
and go to file> run> and type explorer
 
I have exactly the same problem so was thrilled to see this question and
answer as it's driving me crazy...but I don't understand!!

You said "find the explorer under the process". Sorry, what does this mean?
And will it then stop it happening in the future, or is this something I have
to keep doing?
