task bar

my task bar and start button is at the top of the screen
it use to be on the bottom how do i get it back to the
bottom help ""

To move the taskbar
Right-click the taskbar.
On the menu that appears, click Lock the Taskbar to clear
the check mark.
The taskbar is now unlocked. You can drag the taskbar to
a new location on the desktop.
 
Right-click on it and clear the Lock the Taskbar checkmark. Click and hold
an empty spot on the taskbar and drag it to the bottom. Relock the taskbar.

Be aware that this setting won't be saved until you log out. So, if you
crash, the taskbar will be right back at the top.
