Task Bar Problem

Running Tasks have stopped showing up on my task bar.
I can't find any controls for enabling or disabling
this "feature" It happened after I loaded SP2 - not sure
if this caused it
 
"Not sure . . ." ?

If you were to bet on the cause, where would you put your money?
