TASK BAR Disappears Sometimes

Sometimes when I'm on the internetr my taskbar will disappear.
I can't get it back up ?
I have to do a cold reboot.
It happens only sometimes.
Is there a way when it disappears to get it back without rebooting?

This generally happens when Explorer.exe crashes. And is often caused by
display drivers. What are you doing when this happens?

In the meantime: Use Ctrl/Alt/Delete, select File/New Task and type in:
Explorer.exe
