Task Bar Difficulty

Sometimes, not always, when I have several programs open,
the programs on the taskbar that I try to bring to full
screen, blinks orange and does not come to full screen
without several clicks. Sometimes I have to minimize
each of the other programs to get to the blinking
program. Is this a problem that is exclusive to my setup
or is it one that can be fixed through window?

Hello,

I get this problem too, but I think it's just the
computer trying to respond to your request, but it isn't
fast enough. Maybe you should try not to have too many
programs running at once so they won't eat up your memory.
