Tasbar Problem...

I have a problem where the open windows do not appear on the taskbar, even
when they are minimized. At the mean time, I use ALT+TAB to alternate between
windows.

I had this problem before, and i did the system restore and it was fixed,
but this time it could not be fixed.

Anyone has an idea?
