Target.Ink Error

I am getting a "Problem with Shortcut" error on my 8 node
XP network when accessing shared directories over my
Network. The error reads as follows:
" The Drive or Network Connection that the
shortcut 'target.Ink' refers to is unavailable. Make
sure that the disk is properly inserted or the network
resource is available, & then try again."

When I hit "Okay" the network folder is accessible with
no problem. I am thinking that this problem occurred
when a changed to a new Linksys router? Any suggestions.

I have the same issues. Happens inside programs trying to access through My Network Locations
