Hi black_13. Target Designer attempts to clear the contents of the folder
you build to before it starts building, so that it doesn't have to worry
about overwriting files and having extra files present in the destination
folder. When building to a root folder, TD will attempt to clear the entire
contents of the volume, and this process will fail if System Restore happens
to be monitoring the volume (System Restore will place a hidden folder named
"System Volume Information" in the root of each drive it monitors).

Check and see if System Restore is monitoring F:. Even though this is an
SDI image, when it's mounted as a drive, Windows sees it as a normal volume
and may enable System Restore on it. You can turn this behavior off for F:
(and/or for other drives or the entire system) in the System control panel,
under the System Restore tab). For an SDI image, you most likely don't want
System Restore running on it anyway, as this eats up valuable space in your
image.

Let me know if this helps!
