tansfer files from Incredimail to Outlook?

How do I move files from Incredimail to Outlook? There is no eport files on
Incredimail. When I try to make Outlook my mail I get a message that Outlook
must restart then I wind up in an endless loop between the message and
restart. I'm not a newbie but please use the KISS method for answers. I'm
sure someone out there has an answer for me.
