tall request for help

I had a request today that all members (7 of them) want to
use a public calendar (the same 1) as their personal
calendar. They want to go to one calendar for the entire
office.

Does this make sences to anyone and is there a better way
to do this? they are just tired of adding info to their
personal calendar then looking in the public calander for
conflicts. More or less they want only 1 calendar

Any help would be great

As long as they don't want reminders this is a fine approach. I have
several small clients that use public calendars for this purpose. There
maybe some addins that will provide reminders or sync public with personal
calendar but I'm not aware of any off hand. I'd do a Google search and see
what comes up.
